Terms of Services

Commissioning me means that you agree to these terms.

  ♦ You are only allowed to use the images for personal uses.

  ♦ No substitutions for characters at any point after the first payment.

  ♦ Do not claim as your own, use without permission, edit, or trace.

  ♦ I reserve the rights to the images, weather to upload it to deviantart, tumblr, or any other account uses, or use as samples, unless requested otherwise.

  ♦ Please do not take it personally if I decline your request.  I probably do not feel like I will do them justice.

  ♦ please do not bug me constantly on the art.

  ♦ I draw in my own style please do not ask me to do another artist style.

  ♦ You will only have a chance to revise the sketch.

  ♦ Do not remove my signature.

  ♦ Send half of the payment first, then I’ll show you the WIP, you do any revision that needs to be.  Then send me the second half and I finish the art and give it to you.

  ♦ No commercial usage allowed

  ♦ if these rules are not followed I may not accept your commission.
  ♦ Will only draw your Original Characters, or Avatars (anything that is made by you), no characters that belong to other people (ex. games or movies) I might as well just be doing fan art of them myself.
